MANUEL CARLOS L. ILAGAN JR.- President
With over several years of extensive property
development experience, Manuel “Goody” Ilagan, a graduate of Civil Engineering
at De La Salle University, is also the president of Earthfield Development Corporation;
Director and General Manager of Earth & Homes Community
Developers Corporation since 2007; General Manager Vans Turf
Construction Corporation since 1994 and General Manager of
E. Lapus Construction since 1994.
He was recently featured at Metro Society Magazine at their CEO Profile section as
the head
of one of today's Top Real-Estate Development Firms.

EMILIO M. MORALES – Director
He is head of
Geoanalytics, a civil engineering laboratory engaged in soil materials testing
and has worked on several major projects in the Philippines. He has a PhD in
geoenvironment engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok, Thailand.
He also has a masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the Carnegie
Institute of Technology, Mellon University, Pittsburgh,
Pensylvania USA.
He brings with him several years of civil engineering work experience and manages his own
consultancy firm providing technical services to major contractual projects.
LUIS CARMELO H. VALENZUELA - Vice President
He is the Corporate Secretary
of Earth & Shore Leisure Community Corporation and Operations
Manager of Fields of Mercy Memorial GardensCorporation since 2008. He
graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in A.B. Economics
GENARO A. REYES JR. – Vice President for Engineering
He graduated from De LaSalle University with a
degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to his joining the
company 2003, he has undertaken several construction projects in the country
for top real estate developers. He brings with him an extensive
experience and knowledge of construction project management.
MARK KALALO MORALES – Director and Technical Manager
He is a registered Civil Engineer and a member
of good standing with the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers. He took up
his masters in Civiland Environmental Engineering from the University of California
in Berkley.
